❓Why didn't I receive the automatic email after placing my order

When placing an order, please carefully check and confirm that your email address is correct, has no spelling errors, and that your mailbox is not full. Also, please check if our email was mistakenly filtered into your spam folder.

⏰ When will my package be shipped?

If you did not purchase a packing video, your package usually ships within 5-20 days.

If you purchased a packing video, your package usually ships within 10-20 days.

📹 When will my packing video be posted on TikTok?

If you purchased a packing video, it is usually posted 10-20 days after your order.

As creating the video takes time, it will be posted after your package has been shipped. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

📦 How long does shipping take?

Under normal customs clearance, most of our packages are delivered within 8-20 days. with the majority arriving around 12 days.

Shipping is faster to regions with convenient international transport, and may take longer for remote or less accessible areas.

💡 How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email with your tracking number. For your safety, please make sure emails are really from us before clicking any links, and avoid clicking links from unknown sources.!

Please provide your phone number when placing the order and make sure your email address is correct to help us contact you quickly if there are any issues with your order.
Also,please double-check that your shipping address is accurate.If it's in a building,be sure to include the floor and room (or apartment)number,because some local couriers might not be able to find your address if it isn't clear,or may even refuse delivery if the address isn't specific enough.
Any additional preferences can only be added in the checkout notes when placing your order or emailed to us within 2 hours after the order is placed.

-Canada 🇨🇦: We do not accept bulk orders. Each order can include up to 3 Lucky Spoon. The recipient's full name must be provided; abbreviation or only a first or last name are not allowed. In addition,for the same recipient, only one order per week is accepted. Please note that it is strictly prohibited to use company,warehouse,hotel,restaurant,or any other commercial institution name as the recipient. Names containing terms such as "Inc." "LTD." or "Corporation" are not allowed.

-Japan🇯🇵:We only accept parcels intended for personal use.Recipient address must not be commercial facilities (such as companies,warehouse,restaurant,hotels,etc.)Any losses caused by customs identifying the recipient's address as a commercial address will be borne by the recipient.The recipient's name must be full name and cannot be an abbreviation or only the first or last name;otherwise,customs clearance May be affected,resulting in unnecessary delays.
